The European Collaboration Summit, also known as Collabsummit, is the largest community-driven conference in the world with a focus on modern workplace technologies and digital transformation, with topics such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Business Apps and Power Platform. Its aim is to bring business and technology together, to help the conference delegates make sound decisions in the rapidly changing world of digital transformation. The Collabsummit is a three-day community event, where world-leading experts and speakers deliver a range of “what’s new” and “best practices” sessions.
Why is this event almost 10 times cheaper than other events in Europe with the same focus? This is a question we often get asked: how good can a conference for 200€ actually be? Well, we aim to be the best in this arena, and we have succeeded as our previous events testify to! And we can achieve this because this is a community-based event, financed to a great extent by our sponsors, for which we are very grateful. The symbolic conference fee we require from our attendees is there just to cover basic catering costs, and to prevent people from registering and then not attending the conference (and so blocking places for those who would attend). The only goal is to get the world’s best experts to come and share their knowledge with as many attendees in Europe as possible, because "sharing is caring" (the legendary words of Microsoft’s Vesa Juvonen, just one of our top speakers). Does the community approach mean less valuable sessions, reduced networking opportunities, a lower quality venue and fewer fun elements? On the contrary! Collabsummit 2020 will host the best-of-the-best speakers, including a lot of Microsoft’s legends, MVPs, Microsoft Regional Directors and MCMs, and further still business and networking aspects are the primary focus of this event.
